Return and Refund Policy

At Kinzalmart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

A return request may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is significantly different from the ordered item

To request a return, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice if available

  • Product should not be intentionally damaged after delivery

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product used or damaged by customer

  • Return request made after allowed timeline

  • Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Minor color/design/packaging variations

  • Items marked non-returnable on product page

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of refund.

If approved, refund will usually be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method or any suitable method communicated by our team.

Late or Missing Refunds

If refund has not been received within expected time, customers are requested to first check with their bank or payment provider and then contact us.
