At Kinzalmart, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order in certain situations.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped or dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, customers may need to follow our Return and Refund Policy where applicable.

Cancellation by Kinzalmart

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing error

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

  • Operational or delivery limitations

If payment has already been received for such canceled orders, refund will be initiated as applicable.

Refund for Canceled Orders

Eligible canceled prepaid orders are usually refunded within 5 to 10 business days.
